Screen printing

This is the most cost effective option if you only wish to print one or two colours and are doing a larger run. We can match PMS colours to compliment your brand perfectly. Supacolour transfer printing is ideal if you have several colours, as there is only one setup cost. This option is best for more than 20 units and has the advantage of no fill areas. Digital transfer printing may be for you if you have a lot of colours and are doing a smaller amount of t shirts.

Embroidery

is suitable for a smaller quantity and a simple logo. This process also only has one setup cost regardless of colour count, and produces a premium quality look. Subasub Applique also is a great choice for multiple colours and produces a vibrant modern look.

Personalisation

If you are wanting a team shirt with individual names then we can use a Cad Cut option. A common method is to put your team name on the front and individual names and/or numbers on the back.

Fabric

While most branded t shirts are made from cotton, we can also offer other options. Eco tees that are made from 100% certified organic cotton. Blended fabrics such as polyester / cotton / rayon are also very popular to get just the right balance. Performance fabrics for sports teams include features such as anti-microbial, fresh care, moisture wicking and snag resistant.

Style

Short sleeve tees are the most common choice, however we can also supply long sleeved and singlet or sleeveless tees.
